    How We Work

    The BAAR Method

      The strategy layer — what justifies the price.

      • Creative Strategy: the call-to-action, the one audience, the one message, the platforms, the success metric — signed off before production.
      • A distribution map: exactly where each content thrives, and in what shape and form they take.

      Production.

      • The hero commercial(s) — small quantity, high polish. Two to three is usually the right number; confirmed after discovery.
      • Modular cutdowns from the same shoot — this is the leverage. One shoot becomes a :30 hero, :15 and :06 paid variants, vertical social cuts, and a 3-second hook variant for testing. Small quantity of shoots, large quantity of distributable assets.

      Distribution and proof.

      • Platform-ready deliverables with correct specs per channel.
      • A/B hook variants so paid spend optimizes toward the winning open.

    Most video vendors deliver the file and vanish. We follow up. Your performance is our performance.
